Nestled among the mountain valleys and steep slopes of Costa Rica’s Los Santos region, Tarrazú is one of the country’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas. Its high elevations, cool temperatures, and clearly defined rainy and dry seasons create ideal conditions for producing coffees with excellent aroma, balanced acidity, and a naturally rich character.
Our medium roast highlights La Pastora’s bright yet comforting profile, pairing creamy milk chocolate with delicate wildflower notes and a touch of fresh citrus. Clean, balanced, and gently sweet, it is a lively everyday coffee with a smooth chocolate finish.
We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
