Grown in the mountains of Antioquia, this coffee comes from one of Colombia’s most established and deeply rooted coffee-producing regions. The area’s varied elevations and long farming tradition create coffees known for their inviting aromas, balanced sweetness, and lively fruit character. Santa Bárbara is one of the many coffee-growing municipalities supported by Antioquia’s extensive community of coffee-producing families.
Produced by Pedro Miguel Echavarría, our light-medium roast brings together rich cocoa and toasted walnut with the soft sweetness of ripe peach. Delicate floral and vanilla aromas add dimension to the cup, creating a smooth, balanced coffee with gentle fruit brightness and a lingering chocolate finish.
We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
