Grown among the rolling hills of southern Minas Gerais, this coffee comes from one of Brazil’s most established coffee-producing regions. Elevation, varied terrain, and generations of farming experience have helped Sul de Minas earn recognition for both the scale and quality of its Arabica coffee production. This particular lot comes from Fazenda Grupo BSC and is purchased directly from the farm.
Our light-medium roast brings out a smooth, comforting combination of toasted nuts, rich chocolate, and creamy vanilla. Aromas of almond and cinnamon are brightened by a subtle touch of strawberry, creating a balanced cup with gentle fruitiness and a warm, sweet finish.
We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
