These beans were sourced from producers in Guatemala and were decaffeinated at the Descamex plant in Veracruz, Mexico. They were decaffeinated using the patented, chemical-free, Mountain Water process, which removes caffeine from coffee beans without the use of solvents or chemicals.

We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail it out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
