Across Oaxaca’s mountainous coffee-growing communities, elevation, climate, and diverse soils create excellent conditions for producing distinctive specialty coffees. Much of the region’s coffee is cultivated by small-scale producers whose knowledge and traditions have been passed down through generations.
Our medium roast captures the vibrant character of this fair-trade, organic coffee with juicy sweetness, ripe fruit, and a smooth cocoa finish. Bright without being overly acidic, it is a lively, balanced cup that remains rich and approachable.
We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
