Our smooth, balanced house blend.

Hen House Blend brings together coffees from Central and South America, combining the lively sweetness of Central America with the smooth, comforting character of South America. Together, these origins create a balanced and approachable coffee designed to taste delicious cup after cup.

Expect a smooth body with rich cocoa, gentle nuttiness, and soft fruit sweetness, finished with just enough brightness to keep the cup lively. Easygoing and versatile, Hen House Blend is delicious brewed as drip coffee, French press, or espresso—and stands up beautifully to milk or cream.

We roast the coffee every Thursday and mail out Friday. Orders must be placed by 9 pm Wednesday evening in order to ship out that Friday. Any orders placed after that will be mailed out the following week.
